Sligo Jazz Project is committed to a child-centered approach in our work with children and young people. We undertake to provide a safe environment and experience, where the welfare of the child/young person is paramount.
SJP adheres to the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016. Anyone who works with SJP, from tutors to seasonal and office staff, is Garda vetted.
SJP also has a Child Protection Policy which details a Code of conduct for participants and staff. A copy of the Child Protection Policy can be inspected at the SJP office during office hours. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
PRIVACY AND TERMS
Privacy and use of your personal informationWe respect your right to privacy. Where personal details are submitted by users, either by email or via telephone, this information is treated in strict confidence. This information may be shared by consultants working within SJP, but will never be sold or supplied to any third parties for the purposes of selling or marketing to you. We have done our utmost to ensure that any data is stored securely and effectively, to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of same.
